The Opportunity
We are looking for a customer focused individual that will bridge the gap between engineering and commercial teams. You will be responsible for processing complex equipment orders, translating technical requirements into actionable quotes, and managing the logistics of our clients' radio system offerings.

  • Customer Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, answering technical queries, and recommending the right communications hardware.
  • Quote Preparation: Generating accurate contracts, sales orders, and equipment agreements for specialised wireless systems.
  • Order Fulfilment: Coordinating with engineering and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and collection of equipment.
  • Pipeline Management: Tracking quotation status, following up with clients, and updating CRM/ERP systems.

Person Specification
Come from within the commercial RF/DMR/PMR/TETRA/Radio industry in either a sales, engineering or operations capacity but have an interest in the technical side of the industry. Excellent verbal and written skills to translate technical specifications into language customers can easily understand and supply the correct hardware requirements. Experience with CRM/ERP software (such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or InspHire). The ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, often coordinating high value and technical equipment for customers/locations based throughout EMEA.
