Our client has one of the largest dedicated radio engineering team in the UK. Each of their staff member is trained to the highest standard and provided with the latest DMR and Tetra test sets to ensure even the latest equipment can be repaired to component level. With continued expansion they are now seeking a Radio/Cellular Engineer to join this thriving business.
Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Radio/cellular engineer to support and maintain critical airport communication systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and regulatory compliance of communication equipment used for operational, security, emergency, and airside activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair radio/cellular communication systems and associated equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections testing, and preventative maintenance on VHF/UHF radio systems, repeaters, antennas, dispatch consoles and related infrastructure. xgikmsk
- Understanding on DAS system/fault finding
- Monitor system performance and respond promptly to faults or service interruptions.
