We're looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our team in an entry-level position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to start their career, learn new skills, and progress within a growing organisation. You'll play a key role in supporting operations, administration, and customer service while developing your professional skills.

Responsibilities

  • Organise and load parts onto the system accurately.
  • Label parts to maintain organisation and support production efficiency.
  • Complete parts administration in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Record stock information on the computer system.
  • Return unused parts promptly.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
  • Assist the Estimator with administrative tasks, including taking images of vehicles.
  • Support Customer Service by answering calls and booking jobs.
  • Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle repair.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Arrange courtesy cars for customers.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
  • Handle general administration tasks.
  • Be proactive in supporting all departments and personnel within the business.
