As a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient repair assessments while maintaining the high standards that define The Vella Group.

Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate, right-first-time repair assessments
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Audatex and E-Scribe systems
  • Understand and apply the terms of all insurer and customer contracts
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners, keeping precise records in the company management system
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Previous VDA/estimating experience
  • Proficiency in Audatex and E-Scribe
