Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 (DOE) + bonus, pension & 33 days holiday

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will play a vital role in supporting our end-to-end recruitment activity across the Group, ensuring a smooth, engaging candidate experience while keeping our ATS (Hireful) accurate and fully up to date. You’ll be joining a small, high-performing team during a pivotal growth phase ideal for someone ambitious, resilient, and motivated by the opportunity to learn, develop and take on more responsibility as the business scales. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vacancy Management
    • Maintain and update recruitment information
    • Post job adverts via the ATS across Indeed, LinkedIn, and the company website
    • Ensure job templates are accurate, up to date, and aligned with current business needs
    • Close or pause vacancies promptly once filled
  • Candidate Management
    • Screen CVs and present strong shortlists
    • Conduct initial candidate calls for selected roles
    • Forward shortlisted CVs to hiring managers and chase timely feedback
    • Schedule interviews and manage diary coordination
    • Update ATS with all applicant stages and interview outcomes
  • Post-Hire Administration
    • Close vacancies and update the ATS with successful hires
    • Set up agency rebate reminders for managers and business partners
  • Reporting
    • Prepare weekly recruitment reports (vacancy status, applications, interview metrics, offers)
    • Produce monthly recruitment pipeline data (interviews, offers, hires)
    • Maintain accurate agency spend reporting for Finance and HR
  • Communication
    • Provide updated vacancy lists for internal newsletters and site structure communications
    • Share regional vacancy updates and support broader recruitment messaging
    • Participate in recruitment agency calls when needed

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or administration preferred
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities
  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders across all levels
  • Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by working in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms
  • Ambition to develop as the business expands
