CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF A BODYSHOP MANAGER:

1. Promote the company’s core values and ensure staff follow in the same footsteps.
2. Support the ongoing development of a high performing team.
3. Initiate strategic plans to ensure exceptional customer service is met and maintain the agreed KPIs whilst ensuring repairs are being completed to the highest quality.
4. Ensure company profits are maximised to the best ability.
5. Cooperate with the internal teams on a regular basis.

ABOUT YOU:

1. You have strong methodology knowledge ideally within the Bodyshop repair industry.
2. Experience with managing a site/Bodyshop and people.
3. Ability to work in a high pressured and fast paced environment.
4. You are willing to go the extra mile to provide practical support and demonstrate technical competence.
5. Ideally, you are familiar with BSI requirements.
