What You'll Do
- Use your expertise and knowledge of assessment processes to drive best practice and pro-actively lead & develop a team of VDAs.
- Prepare accurate, fair, and fully justified repair assessments using the latest repair methods.
- Use Audatex confidently and maintain knowledge of GT Global.
- Understand insurer and customer contracts to ensure compliance.
- Record all actions and communications in our management system.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator.
- Skilled in Audatex (E-Scribe knowledge is a bonus).
- Highly organised with excellent time management.
- Strong communication skills for working with customers, insurers, and colleagues.
- Flexible, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
