We are looking for an experienced valet to clean the interior and exterior of vehicles before and after repairs.
Core Duties And Responsibilities Of The Customer Service Valet:- Carry out valeting operations to the agreed method and highest standard.
- Clean vehicles within the given time frame.
- Good housekeeping.
- Keeping solvents and cleaning fluids organised.
- Keeping the Valet area clean and free from sources of ignition.
- If working inside with solvents, ensuring the area is well ventilated.
- Wearing the correct protective clothing such as eye protection and gloves.
- External checks of equipment such as the water pressure and to report any defects.
- You may be required on occasion to hand over courtesy cars to customers and fully explain the controls to the customer.
- General cleaning duties.
- Ideally you have previous valet/detailing experience.
- You are good at time-keeping and time-management.
- You have experience with customer service.
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You are a team player.
