We\’re now looking for a skilled MET Technician to join our expanding team in Coventry.

What You\’ll Be Doing

Dismantling and reassembling mechanical, electrical, and trim components with precision and care

Performing four‐wheel alignment checks and repairs using manufacturer‐recommended methods

Ensuring vehicles are properly protected throughout the repair process

Collaborating with Technicians, Vehicle Damage Assessors, and Production teams to ensure efficient workflows

Adhering to health and safety standards, including COSHH requirements and appropriate PPE usage

Working with electric vehicles and staying updated on emerging vehicle technologies

About You

IMI/ATA MET Technician qualification (or equivalent experience in a Bodyshop environment)

Proven experience in accident repair and vehicle rebuilds

A full UK driving licence (required)

The ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment

A strong commitment to delivering high‐quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Knowledge and/or experience working with electric vehicles is a plus

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8.5‐hour shifts (no weekends!)
