We are looking to recruit an experienced CPC qualified Driver.
- Core Duties And Responsibilities Of The Customer Service Driver
- Work closely in partnership with our Customer Service Reception, to ensure that decisions are made to ensure an exceptional customer service is delivered to all our customers.
- Collect and deliver vehicles within given time parameters
- Drive at all times in a courteous manner and to abide by local speed limits
- Understand how to suspend tow automatic and 4 wheel drive vehicles
- Be responsible for any monies paid in respect of any insurance policy excess, VAT payments etc, receipt any customer invoices and hand all money to customer service
- Do all necessary checks on the recovery trucks including all fluid levels, tyre conditions and pressure.
Check all vehicle securing belts are fit for the purpose, report any damage to the Production Manager
- On occasions, fit small parts or polish vehicles at a customer's home address or workplace
- Filling out all relevant paperwork
About You
- You are CPC qualified
- You have driving experience
- Ideally, you have experience with recovery driving
- You work well in a team as well as individually
- You have some customer service experience
