We are looking to recruit an experienced CPC qualified Driver. Customer Service Drivers are the face of the Company, therefore a desire to deliver extraordinary customer service is a must. Customer Service Drivers must have a CPC licence as well as a Digi Card; geographical knowledge is preferable, but not essential.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely in partnership with our Customer Service Reception, to ensure that decisions are made to ensure an exceptional customer service is delivered to all our customers.
  • Collect and deliver vehicles within given time parameters.
  • Drive at all times in a courteous manner and to abide by local speed limits.
  • Understand how to suspend tow automatic and 4 wheel drive vehicles.
  • Be responsible for any monies paid in respect of any insurance policy excess, VAT payments etc., receive any customer invoices and hand all money to customer service.
  • Do all necessary checks on the recovery trucks including all fluid levels, tyre conditions and pressure.
  • Check all vehicle securing belts are fit for the purpose, report any damage to the Production Manager.
  • On occasions, fit small parts or polish vehicles at a customer’s home address or workplace.
  • Filling out all relevant paperwork.
