- Help manage product samples, returns, and inventory tracking.
- Support special projects as the brand prepares for new launches and events.
- Assist with sending our mailers — including digital newsletters/invites and physical mail-outs for press, gifting, and events (coordinating lists, labels, packing, and postage).
- Create simple assets and adapt templates (e.g., resizing imagery, updating layouts) using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Figma.
- Assist with drawing and preparing basic design specifications, mood boards, or visual references to support the creative team.
Requirements
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude — comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to take initiative.
- Interest in fashion, design, or operations within a luxury brand context.
- Ideally with a design background or experience in creative studio work.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and basic digital organisation tools.
- Confident in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma (basic design/layout skills are a plus).
- Must be London-based and able to work from our headquarters.
What You\’ll Gain
- First-hand experience in operations and logistics for a luxury fashion brand.
- Exposure to the creative and strategic process behind brand building.
- Opportunity to work directly with the founders and a small, passionate team.
- A paid placement within a supportive and inspiring environment.
