We’re looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to grow our presence in the UK foodservice market. You’ll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key customers, helping to bring innovative plant‑based products to more consumers. You will be reporting to the UK Commercial Lead and will play a central role in our local growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the commercial performance of our UK foodservice business (sales, market share, profitability).
  • Directly manage major foodservice key accounts.
  • Actively identify, pursue and secure new foodservice customers – with support of international sales team.
  • Co‑develop compelling pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials tailored to UK foodservice clients.
  • Help implement a local category strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals.
  • Engage with senior‑level stakeholders at customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams in sales, marketing, R&D, and supply chain.
  • Partner with marketing to co‑create impactful campaigns and customer activations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs.

Candidate Requirements

  • Native‑level English (written and spoken).
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience in account management, ideally in food or plant‑based products.
  • Proven track record in managing foodservice customers in the UK.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, high‑growth companies is a plus.
  • Analytical & structured thinker combined with hands‑on execution.
  • Strong customer focus, results‑driven, entrepreneurial, excellent at building relationships and closing deals.
  • Good understanding of the UK foodservice landscape.
  • Ability to navigate both UK business culture and international collaboration.
  • Self‑starter, proactive, thrives in a scale‑up environment.
