We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior CRM and Supporter Services Officer to join our team, taking the lead on managing our membership and supporter administration while overseeing the development of our new Dynamics CRM system.

What You Will Do
As a Senior CRM and Supporter Services Officer, you will oversee the delivery of our supporter services function while driving the ongoing development and effective administration of our CRM system. Specifically, you will:
- Supervise the workload of the Supporter Services Co-ordinator (Membership) and the Supporter Services and Digital Content Assistant
- Implement strategies to recruit and retain members
- Provide regular reports on membership and produce Gift Aid reports for HMRC
What You Must Have
To be considered as a Senior CRM and Supporter Services Officer, you will need:
- Experience of working in a membership organisation
- Experience in line management
- Experience in the administration of a membership CRM
- Computer literacy with strong MS Office skills, including the ability to analyse and manipulate data
- A vegan lifestyle and passion for animal welfare, human and planetary health
- To be an organised and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
