We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Account Manager to join our team, on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The Account Manager will deliver proactive account management across a portfolio of Vegan Trademark clients, ensuring renewals are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The role will focus on client retention, revenue generation, relationship management and delivering excellent customer service while supporting the continued growth of the Trademark scheme.

Key responsibilities of the role:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Vegan Trademark renewals, building strong client relationships and supporting account retention and revenue growth. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to co-ordinate solutions, maintain accurate CRM records, deliver forecasting updates and ensure a high standard of customer service across all client interactions.

What are we looking for?

  • Extensive experience in account management and client relationship management
  • Experience of supporting client retention and revenue growth activities
  • Experience of supporting customers within a B2B or commercial environment
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines and deliver positive client outcomes
  • Experience of implementing and planning account management or customer engagement activities
  • A high level of knowledge and understanding of customer service principles and relationship management
  • Experience of using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • GCSE English, Maths & Science (A-C) or equivalent qualification
