The role includes analyzing and mapping business impacts, supporting product development, and maintaining our investment roadmap. Core Responsibilities
- Provides detailed analysis and assessment on investment offer impacts due to product structure change.
- Coordinates clear business impact mapping across the platform for investment change.
- Takes the lead on investment proposition analysis to clearly map the business requirements.
- Supports the lead investment analyst on propositional and product model impacts and sets out investment propositional proposals.
- Supports the investment analysts lead in the execution of investment product change.
- Supports and maintains investment product roadmap.
- Ensures propositional & product changes and improvements have had a clear impact assessment with detailed mapping for evidence.
- Works across work streams to ensure Investment proposition and deliverables are aligned and achievable to meet business goals in conjunction with Investment lead.
- Understands the product regulatory landscape for the platform to aid in the analysis work to complete and work with Stakeholders and Industry to clarify the impact of the change.
- Works closely with the business to identify change, working across multiple work streams.
- Operates and runs the investment change playbooks.
- Optimise investment change process for scale.
Qualifications (Beneficial but not essential)
- BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
- Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Award in Financial Administration.
- Proven experience working within the financial services sector, working on SIPP, ISA and GA or Advice advantageous.
- Experience working within the administration function in a financial services firm.
- Investment acumen strong to help shape the core components of platform investment proposition.
