Specialist aligned to the Trade Management activities for all Vanguard products.

Provides product-aligned support to wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and provides critical oversight of a third party provider.

Responsible for daily execution and operational escalation where required.

  • Core Responsibilities
  • Supports the Trade Management activities for all Vanguard products to ensure operational objectives are met.

Analyzes and delivers insights to inform and enhance investment management decisions.

  • Consults and advises key stakeholders, acts as subject matter and technical expert, identifies and resolves complex operational issues.

Leads internal control framework improvements and formulates strategic recommendations.

  • Serves as an escalation contact for the Trade Management team.

Creates, builds, and maintains relationships with internal and external stakeholders, particularly a third-party provider.

  • Proactively anticipates portfolio events and leads process enhancement initiatives.
  • Engages and collaborates with internal partners to provide holistic support.

Continually develops product support skills and strengthens insight through increased service experience.

  • Oversees internal event tracking, performs incident analysis, and incorporates finding into process improvements. Evaluates and enhances workflows.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
  • IMC preferred.
