The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

Office based 5 days/week (London City). Working alongside the outsourced Integrated Facilities Management team as part of the broader International Workplace Experience team headquartered in London.

In this role you will:

  • Serve as a designated operational lead for Vanguard's London sites, ensuring alignment to safety, service delivery, and global operational standards.
  • Support and co-manage site operating budgets, R&M forecasting, and capital project tracking, ensuring alignment to financial targets and cost optimisation goals.
  • Act as a key on-site representative with landlords, vendors, and internal partners, ensuring alignment to service expectations and enterprise standards.
  • Support and drive risk mitigation, emergency preparedness activities, and compliance adherence, proactively identifying and addressing operational risks.
  • Support execution of enterprise workplace initiatives (e.g., space optimisation, occupancy planning, and workplace experience enhancements).
  • Lead coordination across our outsourced IFM service providers and internal Real Estate, Engineering, Security, and HR partners to deliver fully integrated site solutions.
  • Own site-level performance insights, identify gaps, and lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned to enterprise KPIs.

What it takes:

  • Verbal and written communication, including active listening, for determining and discussing building needs and communicating these to contractors, suppliers and crew.
  • Mathematics and accounting to meet budgets and identify cost-saving measures.
  • Customer service for crew satisfaction.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Business management, including scheduling, strategic planning and administration.
  • Basic understanding of current building, health and safety regulations.
  • Computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office, accounting and electronic management programs.

Special Factors:

  • Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position.
  • This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
