Product Marketing Analyst
This role supports the delivery of product marketing strategy and go-to-market (GTM) execution across key product categories (Index ETFs, Active Fixed Income, and Multi-Asset & MPS).
Responsibilities
- Cross‑category initiatives: support product marketing priorities across Index ETFs, Active Fixed Income and Multi-Asset & MPS based on commercial demand and GTM timelines.
- BAU & operational delivery: manage ongoing product marketing operations including content updates, factsheet governance, regulatory processes, and recurring deliverables to ensure accuracy, availability, and compliance across markets.
- Go‑to‑market execution: work with category leads to deliver product launches and positioning updates across categories, ensuring consistent execution, stakeholder alignment, and on‑time delivery.
- Sales enablement & content: partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain scalable, use‑case‑driven materials (e. g., brochures, webpages, campaigns) that support client journeys across channels and regions.
- Insights & performance tracking: analyze flows, adoption, engagement and campaign performance to inform GTM decisions, including post‑launch evaluation and optimization.
- Stakeholder coordination: coordinate across Product, Investment Management, Distribution, Marketing and Compliance to ensure aligned messaging, efficient execution and delivery across multiple workstreams.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Finance, or similar experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience working in agile environments.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to translate market, client and competitor insight into clear positioning and marketing recommendations.
- Experience in product marketing, positioning and go‑to‑market execution preferred.
- Continental European language skills (e. g., German or Italian) are beneficial but not required.
