Vanguard's Financial Crime team is seeking a Transaction Monitoring Specialist to lead complex investigations and strengthen our risk framework. You will act as subject matter expert across monitoring controls and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Technology and Data Analytics.
You'll identify emerging typologies, calibrate rules, and guide high-quality, evidence-based decisions while developing leadership skills within the team and supporting regulatory compliance.
