Join Vanguard's growing Model Portfolio Solutions (MPS) team and play a key role in developing, enhancing, and delivering innovative multi-asset investment solutions across Europe.

This is an exciting opportunity for an analytically minded investment professional to work at the intersection of investment strategy, product development, and client engagement. You'll partner with colleagues across Investments, Product, Distribution, Marketing, Operations, and Risk, gaining broad exposure while helping shape solutions that support advisers and investors across the region.

In this role you will:

  • Drive Product Innovation - Support the ongoing evolution of Vanguard's Managed Portfolio Service by conducting research and analysis across portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment strategies, client needs, and market trends.
  • Bring New Solutions to Life - Partner with cross-functional teams to support the successful launch and implementation of new MPS offerings.
  • Contribute to Client Portfolio Management - Support the management and oversight of Vanguard's model portfolios, providing analysis, investment insights, and portfolio reviews.
  • Deliver Investment Analysis - Apply your quantitative expertise to portfolio analytics, risk assessment, performance attribution, and scenario analysis.
  • Create Engaging Client Content - Help develop high-quality client and adviser communications, including portfolio commentaries, investment updates, sales materials, and educational resources.
  • Monitor Industry and Market Developments - Conduct market, competitor, and portfolio analysis to support product governance and strategic initiatives.

What it takes:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience within asset management, investments, banking, consulting, wealth management, or a related financial services environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with experience using data and investment analysis to support decision-making
  • Understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment risk, and multi-asset investing principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, engaging insights
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders

Special Factors: Vanguard is not offering visa sponsorship for this position. This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
