Investor Choice is a capability that is redefining how investment stewardship is delivered—and we’re entering a critical phase of scaled delivery across the U.K. and Europe. This role sits at the centre of program execution, ensuring that Investor Choice is delivered in a disciplined, coordinated, and scalable way. You will drive follow-through across a complex set of workstreams—supporting planning, governance, documentation, and tracking—while ensuring clear ownership and accountability as the programme evolves from pilot to scaled implementation.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to keep multiple priorities aligned as the program evolves from pilot to scaled delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Driving program discipline and tracking
  • Own core PMO processes including milestone tracking, status reporting, and action management across workstreams to ensure delivery stays on track
  • Managing governance and decision-making processes
  • Coordinate Core Team, Steering Committee, and Sponsor Committee governance, ensuring timelines are managed, and decisions are documented and actioned
  • Supporting pilot delivery and expansion readiness
  • Maintain integrated plans across pilot delivery workstreams and support research efforts and readiness for each phase of implementation and expansion
  • Coordinating cross-functional activity
  • Bring together inputs across teams (e.g. Legal, Product, Technology, Operations, Distribution, US Investor Choice) to maintain alignment and avoid fragmentation
  • Identifying risks, dependencies, and issues
  • Track risks and dependencies across the program, escalating where needed to maintain delivery momentum and avoid downstream impacts
  • Supporting regulatory and operational preparedness
  • Help ensure that program activities align with regulatory engagement, operational readiness, and fund lifecycle constraints
  • Maintaining documentation and auditability
  • Ensure clear documentation of decisions, assumptions, and actions, and maintain all records related to pilot implementation as the program evolves to support ongoing governance and future scaling
  • Producing executive-ready project management materials
  • Translate complex program updates into clear, concise updates for a variety of internal and external stakeholder audiences
What it takes
  • Experience supporting or running PMO or program coordination for complex, cross-functional initiatives, with good tracking discipline across multiple workstreams
  • Clear and concise communication, including development of high-quality materials
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to connect priorities across workstreams
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks and follow through on actions
  • Comfort operating in a regulated or operationally complex environment
