Role Context: Lead offer strategy for the UK Personal Investing organization, focusing on offer performance, offer strategy, and offer feature design for our investment and retirement offers
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital strategies for retirement and investment offers.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across CX, Ops, Tech, Marketing, Finance & OGC.
- Address strategic questions and expand market share.
- Lead and develop high-potential talent.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and accountability.
