Vanguard is seeking a Senior Bereavement Associate to join the Complex Case Team within the UK Personal Investor Service. You will manage sensitive bereavement cases across SIPPs, ISA/JISA and General Investment Accounts, partnering with internal teams to deliver compassionate, compliant client support.
You will own complex cases, guide colleagues, and help drive improvements while supporting vulnerable clients. The role is hybrid, requiring three in-office days per week (Tue–Thu) in the UK.
