Role Description: We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Partnership Manager, a full-time, hybrid position based in Greater London with flexibility for some remote work. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing strategic partnerships, overseeing account management, and fostering long-term relationships with key clients and other stakeholders. This role will include proposing impactful collaboration strategies, analysing partnership performance, and ensuring client satisfaction through continuous communication and tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in sports and/or entertainment sponsorships
  • Experience in Account Management with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable selling ideas and proposals to clients and prospects with credibility and conviction
  • Proven Analytical Skills to assess partnership performance and derive insights from data
  • Creative problem-solving and ability to leverage innovative approaches
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience in sponsorship or marketing, particularly in sport, entertainment, or media, is a plus
