About The Role
Working as part of the spa team you will provide wellness and relaxation services, with duties including:
- Providing a range of luxury spa treatments, including facials, body massages and other wellness therapies
- Welcoming clients to the spa, ensuring a high level of service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assessing clients’ needs and recommending suitable treatments
- Upselling our spa products and treatments to enhance client experience
About You
- Qualified to a Level 3 in beauty therapy
- A passion for wellness and spa therapy, staying up to date with the latest trends
- Exceptional customer service skills and enjoyment of working in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
