The Vale Resort in Pontyclun is seeking an Events Manager to oversee Weddings and Events across Hensol Castle and the Resort. You will drive the Events operation, uphold the Resorts standards, and ensure conferences and banquets run to the highest 4-star level.
Lead a front-of-house team, train staff, liaise daily with the Food & Beverage Manager, and maximise sales opportunities through show rounds and client briefings.
