About The Role

Working as part of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and training of the kitchen team across the resort, whilst also contributing towards menu creation. The role requires flexibility to work 5 days per week between the Resort’s opening hours including evening & weekend.

About You

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience within a four star / five star hotel, resort or rosette restaurant. Ideally experienced in high end functions (weddings preferred). You will have strong hygiene controls including HACCP, allergen controls along with a Food Hygiene Certificate.

You Will Have

  • Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
