As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will work as part of the Food & Beverage team to supervise staff and ensure excellent service at the Vale Resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and delegate daily tasks to the team.
- Manage any guest or member complaints in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed within outlets.
- Maintain departmental targets and support flexible working between 6 am-11 pm, 5 days in a 7‑day cycle.
Qualifications
- Previous food & beverage experience in a similar environment (1 year preferred).
- Motivated with excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and strong selling skills.
