About The Role
- Approach and acknowledge all guests, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Provide table service for diners in the bar and restaurant where required including wine service.
- Awareness of menus, wine list and ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
- Champion guest service throughout the departments.
About You
- You\’ll have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast pace environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and an understanding of allergens desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Committed to working as a team.
Please note for this role you must be able to legally serve alcoholic beverages.
