About The Role
Working as part of the Events team you will provide exceptional service to our guests, exceeding expectations, along with:
  • Ensure all events are set up in line with the function sheets.
  • Approach and acknowledge all guests, always ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Awareness of menus, wine list and banqueting etiquette.
  • Maintain stock supplies throughout the functions.
About You
  • You\'ll have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and an understanding of allergens is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Committed to working as a team
