The Vale Resort is an award‑winning, four‑star hotel featuring 143 bedrooms, five food outlets, two championship golf courses and Wales’ largest spa, health, and racquets club. It also offers state‑of‑the‑art sporting facilities and hosts top‑flight international and club teams. Recent expansion includes Hensol Castle, now a luxury wedding and events venue with 20 luxury bedrooms, an award‑winning distillery, gin school, and visitor attraction.

About The Role
Working as part of the spa team in 19 treatment rooms and 5 relaxation rooms, you will deliver treatments with excellent service to both guests and members, including:
- Welcoming clients and creating a personalised service
- Delivering treatments to a 4‑star level of service
- Answering client enquiries on treatments and products available, up‑selling where possible
- Assisting with clients’ lunch and food & beverage orders
About You
- Must hold a Level 3 beauty therapy qualification or a similar qualification
- Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast‑pace environment
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Committed to working as a team
