The resort also offers state-of-the-art sporting facilities and hosts top international and club teams. Recently, Hensol Castle was transformed into a luxury wedding and events venue, with 20 new luxury bedrooms, an award-winning distillery, gin school, and visitor attraction.
About The Role
As part of our spa team, which includes 19 treatment rooms and 5 relaxation rooms, you will deliver treatments and provide excellent service to guests and members. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients and creating personalized services
- Delivering treatments to a four-star standard
- Answering client inquiries about treatments and products, with upselling where appropriate
- Assisting with clients’ lunches and food & beverage orders
About You
- Must hold a Level 3 beauty therapy qualification or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented attitude
