We are a well established, independent small animal practice seeking a motivated and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our experienced and supportive team of two full time vets. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, patient focused care to our loyal clients and their pets. Ours is a friendly, collaborative environment where team wellbeing, professional development, and clinical excellence are equally valued.

As a VN training practice, we work alongside three RVN's and a VCA, supported by a dedicated and experienced team, many of whom have been with us for several years.

The Role

We are looking for a kind, conscientious and enthusiastic clinician who is confident managing their own caseload, while contributing positively to team discussions and case collaboration. We value open communication and shared learning, and we welcome someone who is eager both to contribute their experience and continue developing their skills.

Full time or Part time roles will be considered equally, as we know what it's like working and also having other commitments. Out-of-hours emergencies are managed in-house with nurse support on a rota basis.

Salary and Benefits

  • Competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 (commensurate with experience)
