The Urban Space and Travel Company Limited operate serviced apartments, apartment hotels, co-working, meeting and event space in Cardiff and the Vale. To increase local exposure, global offering and ultimately revenues from both the leisure and business travel sectors, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager with a hospitality background to continue their career and support the business growth plan.
You will take the lead to grow local, project-based corporate business and develop relationships with major travel agents, increasing existing accounts together with the development of new accounts by planned coordinated sales activity. You will be accountable for the effective management of all aspects of the sales function including sales calls, research, appointment making, client familiarization visits and contract negotiation. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the sales team, working alongside the team to maximise all sales opportunities and conversion of enquiries.
Previous experience of achieving sales, developing and implementing a sales strategy is essential for this role.
