The Urban Space and Travel Company Limited operate serviced apartments, apartment hotels, co-working, meeting and event space in Cardiff and the Vale. To support the expansion plans and drive the company to the next level, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the operational function of the business.
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day management of the operation function of the business. You will be responsible for the management of the Housekeeping, Duty Managers and Maintenance teams ensuring the highest possible quality of guest service and product offering to all guests received meets and exceeds expectations. You will support the control of all costs working alongside the Managing Director and Finance Manager to ensure the financial performance is maximized. Reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The successful candidate will work a basic 40 hours a week. The role will include people management, production and analysis of monthly departmental and reputation performance. The service operates 7 days a week, with various hours to suit the needs of our guests. As part of the management team your working pattern will include flexibility, evening and weekend work.
