The Urban Fermentery seeks an experienced operator to own a Suffolk site end to end—from production and planning to quality, supply chain, people, cost control and capex. You’ll lead three senior managers and work closely with the founder, driving a major step-change as the business scales, with equity on the table for the right leader.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Suffolk. We’re looking for someone who has previously run a site through a step-change or who has acted as the number two.
