Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service. Monitor all departments, including kitchen, service, and bar, to maintain smooth coordination and high performance.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to deliver excellent service and maintain operational standards. Schedule shifts and manage employee performance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Customer Experience: Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Uphold and enhance the restaurant's reputation by maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Inventory and Resource Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to avoid shortages or overstocking. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and materials.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor daily financial operations, including cash flow, budgets, and expense management. Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Regularly inspect the premises and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements
