The Unknown Creative has spent seventeen years crafting brand work for leading global travel tech, infrastructure and life science organisations. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who's as serious about the fundamentals as they are about the future.

This is for someone who believes that great design starts with the basics done brilliantly. Type that's tight. Layouts that breathe. Logos that mean something. Visual stories that land before a word is read. You've spent years sharpening these skills and you're ready for the next step.

More than that, you're someone who wants to grow. Into bigger roles. Into creative leadership. Into a career that keeps moving upwards. We'll back you every step of the way.

What you'll be doing:
  • Delivering design work across brand, print, digital and identity with precision and purpose
  • Bringing considered typographic thinking and layout craft to everything you touch
  • Crafting logos and visual identities that are distinctive, durable, and beautifully resolved
  • Telling visual stories that connect — across campaigns, brands, and formats
  • Collaborating with a talented team of creatives on ambitious global projects
  • Growing into a senior creative voice with a clear path upwards in the agency
What you bring:
  • 5–10 years of design experience, agency background preferred
  • Exceptional typographic skills — you understand type at a deep, instinctive level
  • Strong layout sensibility across print, digital, and brand applications
  • Proven logo and identity design ability — a portfolio that shows range and resolution
  • A visual storytelling instinct that makes every piece of work communicate
  • Ambition to grow, lead, and shape what comes next — for the agency and for yourself

This is an agency with serious creative pedigree and serious ambition. For the right person this isn't just a role - it's a launchpad. A place to do the best work of your career, build on the fundamentals you've mastered, and grow into the creative leader you're capable of becoming.

The best is yet to come. For us. And for you.
