The Registry Services Directorate fulfils an essential role in supporting the University’s delivery of high-quality learning opportunities to its students by managing a range of central services for students and staff. The Registry Services Directorate comprises 12 teams – Research Degree Student Services, Exams & Graduate Services, Timetabling, Systems, Student Visa Compliance and Advice, Student Records, Course Records, Partnership Records, Fees & Funding, Statutory Reporting, Ask and Apprenticeship Operations.
We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic individual to be part of the Timetable team with a proactive and professional approach, excellent interpersonal skills, effective organisational capabilities, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in the use of information technology, and with an excellent standard of literacy and numeracy, you will also demonstrate the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. You will have excellent communication skills using a variety of appropriate media and experience of dealing with clients from a range of cultural backgrounds, an understanding and respect for cultural diversity and experience of working within regulatory frameworks and procedures to meet internal and external audit requirements.
