The School offers Computing programmes including Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Mathematics. As part of its internationalisation strategy, it delivers programmes overseas and seeks experienced academics to support the MSc Artificial Intelligence and BSc Cybersecurity programmes in China.
You will contribute to teaching, assessment, supervision, personal tutoring and academic development at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, both overseas and in the UK. You will work with international partners to ensure high-quality delivery and an excellent student experience aligned with University standards.
You will lead teaching in Artificial Intelligence and/or Cybersecurity, contribute to curriculum development, programme enhancement and student support, and provide timely assessment feedback. They will also engage in research and scholarly activity, publish in high-quality outlets, and contribute to research funding and external income generation.
You must hold a PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline, demonstrate expertise in Artificial Intelligence and/or Cybersecurity, and have a strong commitment to high-quality teaching. Membership of a relevant professional body is essential.
