Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our UK Recruitment Team. The UK Recruitment Assistant (FABSS) is a key role within our UK Recruitment and Partnerships Department.
Responsibilities
- You will support in delivery of key projects and activities of the recruitment operational action plan, feeding into our overarching University UK recruitment strategy but focusing on activities related to the Faculty of Art, Business and Social Sciences.
- You will support in delivery of activities outlined in faculty and course level recruitment action plans, covering the âawareness to applicationâ stages of the prospect journey. This role involves responding to prospect enquiries and will work with colleagues in conversion and WP roles to support activities for the faculty across the function.
- You will be required to deliver recruitment activities on and off campus, such as attending HE fairs and national exhibitions and work closely with schools and colleges. This involves travel away from the University within the West Midlands and, occasionally, throughout the UK. It will also require you to be away from home on University business on several occasions each year, and to work during the evening and weekends.
Qualifications
- We seek to employ an individual with an understanding of the HE student recruitment lifecycle for both post-18 and ânon-traditional learnersâ.
- You will have experience of delivering promotional activity (including appropriate targeting, monitoring of KPIs), preferably within a classroom/training environment and using a CRM system with strong data inputting and accuracy.
