The University of Wolverhampton has an ambitious Internationalisation Strategy, focusing on international recruitment and partnership to increase the number of international students. Our Global Opportunities Team, part of the Directorate of Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions, is seeking an experienced International Agent Liaison Officer to join our Global Opportunities Office and support the team in managing our international agent network for international recruitment.
You will play a key role in the development of the University of Wolverhampton’s internationalisation strategy. You will be responsible for the delivery and continuous development of a customer-focused, cost-effective and efficient administrative support service, focusing on the University’s relationship with our overseas recruitment agent partners.
Specifically, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with student recruitment agents across the world to ensure the University’s compliance with UKVI regulations. Through your activities, you will contribute to a positive student experience, supporting applicants throughout their journey, from enquiry to enrolment. You will provide a solid and highly professional service to the Global Opportunities Team and its partners.
About you: You will have excellent customer service skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with customers from multiple cultures. You will be enthusiastic, friendly, proactive and professional, capable of prioritising and taking an analytical and investigative approach to problem-solving.
