We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative candidate to join us as a Lecturer in Economics and Analytics. You will join an enthusiastic team committed to delivering teaching, research and academic enterprise, which contributes to the School of Business and Law, Faculty and University’s strategic ambitions. The School of Business and Law is based in the Faculty of Arts, Business and Social Sciences and has a distinguished record of supporting people and organisations. We have extensive business networks and work collaboratively with a wide range of professional bodies and offer a portfolio of on campus and online courses, degree apprenticeships and have a growing portfolio of collaborative partners in the UK and overseas. Experience of working with a range of UK and international partners and student cohorts at all levels is desirable. The role may involve international travel.

You should hold a good first degree, a postgraduate qualification and PhD in a relevant field such as Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Professional membership of an appropriate body is desirable. You should have experience teaching in higher education or relevant industry experience and be able to demonstrate excellence and commitment to delivering high‑quality teaching and learning, particularly in the application of analytics across Economics, Finance, and Business related areas.
