We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative candidate to join us as a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance. You will join an enthusiastic team committed to delivering teaching, research and academic enterprise, which contributes to the School of Business and Law, Faculty and University’s strategic ambitions. The School of Business and Law is based in the Faculty of Arts, Business and Social Sciences and has a distinguished record of supporting people and organisations. We have extensive business networks and work collaboratively with a wide range of professional bodies and offer a portfolio of on campus and online courses, degree apprenticeships and have a growing portfolio of collaborative partners in the UK and overseas. Experience of working with a range of UK and international partners and student cohorts at all levels is desirable. The role may involve international travel.
You will have a good first degree or equivalent, as well as a postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject and a membership of a professional body such as the ACCA, CIMA or ICAEW. Experience of teaching in the higher education sector or in the private sector. Demonstrate excellence and commitment to teaching in the area of Accounting and Finance.
