The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are looking for a hard working adaptable individual to work as part of the caretaking team. As a caretaker, you`ll be assisting the Coordinator/Caretaker Supervisors to provide an efficient and effective support service for all students, staff and visitors; duties will include cleaning, portering, minor maintenance and unlicensed security activities.
Experience in one of the above fields is desirable but more important is an aptitude for hard work and adaptability, being customer service orientated is also important as you`ll have direct contact with tenants and visitors to site.
Working hours are (A1) 37 hours per week (7.4 hours per day), working 5 out of 7 days between the hours of 6.30am and 10.00pm. You will work on two-week rotation of 06:30-14:39 followed by 13:51 -22:00 hrs. Working hours may be changed to suit business needs.
You will be required to undertake training as part of this role on equipment and processes as well as the University`s mandatory online training.
