The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Based at Newport and Cardiff Atrium, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the general day-to-day maintenance of the University's Campus buildings and its surrounding infrastructure.
The post holder will be based in the Maintenance Team within the Estates and Facilities department. The Estates and Facilities department oversee the operation of the significant University Estate, with over 70 buildings spread over 5 sites, including Pontypridd, Cardiff and Newport.
