As Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient operation and control of all maintenance including management of our dedicated in-house maintenance team and legislative compliance throughout our academic buildings.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the in-house maintenance team to deliver maintenance services in a timely and compliant manner.
- Manage the operation and control of all maintenance activities across academic buildings.
- Ensure legislative compliance throughout the estate and managing risk in maintenance delivery.
- Demonstrate experience in team leadership in a similar setting, with the ability to build a high-performance culture in a service area with deadlines and defined service expectations.
- Ensure the ability to meet Service Level Agreements in the delivery of maintenance services.
