The University of Sheffield invites applications for a researcher to lead a translational nutrition project on cultured meat. You will develop an in vitro gastro‑intestinal digestion model, assess protein digestibility and quality, and profile amino acids for industry training.

You will liaise with an industry partner, manage data, report progress to the Principal Investigator, and contribute to publications within a 9‑month, 40%‑time contract starting August or ASAP.
