The University of Sheffield AMRC IT Team is seeking a Senior IT Technician - Projects on a fixed-term, full-time basis. You will provide specialist day-to-day IT support across projects and facilities, coordinating with the wider IT team to manage PCs, printers, laptops, networks, data storage, servers and AV equipment.
From Windows/macOS/iOS/Android support to information security and policy compliance, you will help deliver high-quality IT services, write SOPs, and enable project success.
